The flat is located at 5 Pieńkowskiego Street and has 5 cozy rooms. It has been specially renovated and adapted to the needs of tenants and equipped with modern furniture. It is intended for students and young working people, hence the majority of tenants are people aged 19-28. The owner does not live there - only the tenants themselves.

It is located in a charming place surrounded by greenery, near Al. Lotników, Al. Wilanowska and ul. Puławska, near the Galeria Mokotów shopping center. The building is slightly removed from traffic, so it is quiet and peaceful.

Tenants have access to free internet via WiFi .
