The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 6-story building, it has 2 rooms (a bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette) and a spacious, bright bathroom with a window equipped with a shower and a washing machine. The apartment is located in a new, guarded estate in an apartment building built in 2014. From the living room we can go out to the spacious balcony overlooking the inner courtyard of the estate. A table and chairs are available on the balcony.

It is possible to rent a parking space in the underground garage - a place next to the staircase and next to the elevators, for PLN 200 / month .

The apartment has a TV with digital terrestrial TV signal.
There is also the possibility of connecting the cable TV and the Internet by the tenant, using a wide range of suppliers connected to the building and providing their services there ( UPC, VECTRA, NC +, CYFROWY POLSAT, JMDI ).
